Ingredients

125 ml of low-fat plain yogurt (a single serving tub)
    1 tbsp of mayonaise
    1 tbsp of balsamic vinegar
1/2 tsp of dijon mustard (optional)
8 - 10 drops of worscheshire sauce (optional)
salt & pepper to taste (careful with salt if already using worsceshire)
1 tsp mixed dried herbs (provencal or italian etc)

Tips

These are ingredients that I always have on hand so there is no excuse to buy bottled salad dressing. There is no sugar or thickeners which is what I find revolting about store brands.
Substitue your favorite type of vinegar if you don't care for balsamic : apple cider, red wine etc.

Directions

Put it all in a bowl and wisk together. Refridgerate up to 1 week or so.
The dressing tends to thicken in the fridge, so just thin with a bit of milk or use as dip for a veggie platter
