Ingredients

    1 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup white flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup shortening
    3 tablespoons cold water

Directions

Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening until mixture is crumbly. Work in water and form dough into a ball. On a floured surface, roll to desired thickness and put in a pie plate.
