    *Corn, Meijer Golden Sweet Canned Corn, 1.3 cup (remove)
    *Tomatoes, Kroger Canned DICED TOMATOES, mild/w green chilies 1/2c(121g), 2.5 serving (remove)
    *Albertson's Canned Black Beans, 1.75 cup (remove)
    **tomato paste, great value, 9 tbsp (remove)
    *Broth, Chicken Campbells Organic Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup (remove)
    *Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz (remove)
    Spinach, fresh, 10 leaf (remove)
    Butternut Squash, 1.5 cup, cubes (remove)

Tips

I also added turmeric, no salt season, and onion and garlic. It is a great recipe to have when you are starving!


Directions

brown turkey, add spices, (whatever you like) add beans, corn, tomato, rotel, paste, broth, spinach, squash and cook until squash is tender.
