Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1 lb. Brussels Sprouts
    4 Medium Carrots
    2 C. Broccoli (florets only)
    1/2 tsp. Olive Oil
    Lemon Pepper Seasoning
    Salt

Directions

Preheat oven to 200F. Chop all vegetables in half. Spray a 9"X9" oven safe container w/PAM nonstick spray. Add veg to pan. Add Lemon Pepper and salt (or preferred seasoning) to taste. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables. Cover pan with Heavy Duty Aluminum Foil and bake for about 40 mins.
