Hello this is my revised tamale recipe for all my friends who miss this delicious Mexican soul food. Hello this is my revised tamale recipe for all my friends who miss this delicious Mexican soul food.

Ingredients

    8 dz of corn
    16 oz of soy milk creammer
    60 oz of earthbalance soy butter
    24 oz tofutti sour cream
    17 oz of can corm cream soup
    24 oz corn meal
    2 tbs salt
    2 tbs baking soda
    2 tbs baking powder
    44 oz soy chees
    50 oz of rosted chile verde

Tips

TIP: Shred your cheese and shred the rosted chile.
This masa is runny so don’t worry too much.


Directions

First clean con save leaves for later, shave corn of its cob grind it or take it to your nearest Mexican shop so they can grind it for you once you have the “masa” add your ingredient soy cream, butter, sour cream, corn cream corn meal salt baking soda and powder mix so everything is well combined. Then take out the leaf rinse and wash them with water only and put 3 tabs of the masa on the the lea f 1 tabs of cheese and roasted chile. steem them and you have tamales.
