    Cauliflower, raw, 2 cups
    Broccoli, raw, 2 cups
    Boursin Gourmet Soft Cheese 4 oz
    Kraft Mayo Light 2tbsp
    Saltine Crackers, low solt, .5 cup


Steam the broccoli and cauliflower, till it is soft but with a crunch. Put it into a baking pan 8x8. In a separate bowl mix cheese and mayo and spread on the broccoli and cauliflower. Mix it up a bit. (You can add some cream if the cheese and mayo are a bit too think for you) Sprinkle crackers on top and cook in the over for 30 minutes at 350F
