Ingredients

    1 pork tenderloin trimmed of fat and silver skin
    1 clove garlic, minced
    .5 tsp apple cider vinegar
    .5 tsp lemon juice
    dash mustard
    dash no salt
    dash pepper
    .5 tsp Thyme

Directions

mixed all ingredients in a bowl and toss tenderloin to cover.

bake at 350 for 30-45 minutes until meat thermometer reads 160
