Introduction

Ingredients

    2 romaine lettuce leaves
    2 slices of deli ham
    .5 oz cream cheese
    1 small pickle

Tips

I just use the top green leafy part of the leaf. You could also just fold it in half, "tortila" style.


Directions

Wash and dry lettuce. Place one slice of ham on each (cut to fit if needed), spread 1/2 of cream cheese over each slice of ham. Cut pickle into 4 spears, place on top of cheese. Roll it up. Enjoy!
