Ingredients

    Bulgur, dry, 2 cup
    Water, boiling, 2 cup
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Pepper, black, 1.5 tsp
    Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yields
    Cilantro, raw, 4 tbsp
    Parsley, dried, 2 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 3 tbsp
    Cherry Tomatoes, Fresh, 10 tomatoes halved
    Cucumber (with peel), 1 cucumber, diced

Tips

Chickpeas and red onions may also be added to make a more filling meal.


Directions

Boil water and add to bulgur in large bowl. Allow to sit for 20 minutes or until all water is absorbed.

Add other ingredients, mix, and enjoy!
