Introduction

Basic brownie recipe made with Canola Oil and Splenda. Basic brownie recipe made with Canola Oil and Splenda.
Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 cup Splenda
    1/2 cup Pillsbury All Purpose Flour
    1/3 cup Hersheys Baking Cocoa
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon baking powder

    Mix into a zip lock bag and store until ready to use.
    When ready to bake them ADD:
    1/2 cup Egg Beaters (equil to 2 eggs)
    1/2 cup Canola Oil
    1 teaspoon vanilla.
    Mix all ingredients together and stir well .. Spread into an 8x8 or 9x9 pan. Bake 350 degree for 20-25 min.

    **when you store the dry ingredients,add the wet ingredients list to a label, then you are ready for a treat anytime, much less costly than package mixes.

Tips

The dry mix can be premade and stored in a zip lock type bag, list the wet ingredients on the label for easy use. Or store in a Mason Jar for a gift.


Directions

Bake 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Cool before slicing.
