Number of Servings: 8

2 cups of ice cream, any flavor, softened
1 1/2 cups of self rising flour

Mix softened ice cream and flour together until mixed. Then spoon into a 8"x4" bread pan that has been sprayed with pam or greased and floured. Cook in 350 degree oven for 40-45 minutes. Will serve 8 people. This can be served at any meal or for a snack. Be creative on the flavor of ice creams. (One note, you should not use low-fat ice cream)

  • I tried this and I have to say it was really yucky!!! Not even my teen son would eat it. It was really lacking in flavor, texture, everything. Definitely wouldn't make this again. - 5/29/08

  • My daughter and I thought this recipe sounded cool. We just made it with Low Fat Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Ice Cream (even thought it doesn't recommend low fat). Delicious! It was so easy, took about 30 secs to mix the two and we popped it into the oven. Going to use for the next work luncheon! - 5/3/08
