Ingredients

    1 lb steak cut into 1/4 inch slices
    1 T minced ginger
    2 T minced garlic
    1/2 bunch scallions sliced in 1/4 in. rounds
    1/4 c oyster sauce
    1 large head broccoli, chopped
    2 T peanut oil
    1/2lb portabella
    1 c chicken broth
    1 T cornstarch

Directions

Marinate steak in ginger, garlic, scallions, and oyster sauce.

Heat oil. Cook beef about 1-2 min. Add broccoli and mushrooms, cook another 2 minutes. Add broth till it heats. Remove broccoli and vegetables. Add cornstarch, cook till thickened (about 1 minute).
