Ingredients

    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. yogurt
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/2 c. apple sauce
    1 egg
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 salt
    1 c. cranberries
    1/2 c. pineapple

Directions

Mix first 6 ingredients together. Combine dry ingredients. Add dry ingredients to wet mixture.
Add cranberries and pineapple.
Fill muffin tins and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes or until nicely brown.
