Ingredients

    1.5 lbs Flank Steak (trimmed of visible fat, scored)

    Marinade:
    3 TBSP Coconut Aminos
    .5 TBSP Honey
    Sprinkling of Cayenne pepper (1/8tsp)
    2 Garlic Cloves (pressed)
    1 tsp Ginger (fresh or jarred minced)
    2 TBSP Olive Oil
    2 Leeks (minced whites)
    Pepper to taste


Directions

Make marinade and let sit for AT LEAST one hour.
Throw on grill!
