Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    18 Hormel Pepperoni
    3 Healthy Life Wheat Sandwich Buns
    1/4 Cup Hellman's light mayo
    1/4 Cup Kraft Grated Parm Cheese
    1/4 finely diced sweet yellow onion
    Dry Italian Herbs or Parsley to taste
    Garlic Powder to taste

Directions

Prep oven to broil. Mix together mayo, Parm, onion and herbs. Top 4 halves of buns evenly with mixture, then top with 2 pepperoni each. Broil until cheese bubbles and pepperoni are crispy...not too long or it will burn.

Serving Size: Makes 3 servings (2 halves each)
