Ingredients

    1 can chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can rotel tomatoes
    1/2 lb velveeta
    1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
    1/2 cup chopped onion
    1/2 oleo or extra virgin olive oil
    1 lb thin spaghetti noodles
    3 cups chicken

Tips

Add olives or mushroom if desired. For a soupier dish, add another can of chicken broth while in the oven, stirring every 15 min.


Directions

Saute bell pepper and onion in virgin olive oil. Add chicken broth and chicken, simmer until chicken is soft, cutting into bite size pieces as it simmers. Add soups, rotel, and velveeta. Cook noodles until just soft, drain. Add noodles to the soup mixture and put in oven safe cassarole dish. Cook at 350 for 30 min.
