Ingredients

    1/4 c Fiber One Original Bran Cereal

    1 ounce (about 15 crisps), Pringles Light Fat Free BBQ chips

    Dash onion powder
    Dash garlic powder
    Dash Cayenne pepper
    Dash each salt and pepper
    8 ounces raw boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 10 nuggets
    3 tbspns. Franks RedHot Original Cayenne Pepper Sauce

Tips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray baking sheet with non stick spray.
In blender, grind cereal & chips into crumbs. Transfer to wide bowl and add in seasonings.
Place nuggets in a large bowl top with sauce and toss to coat

One at a time, shake nuggets to remove excess sauce & coat w/crumbs. Evenly lay on sheet. Bake for 10 mins FLIP chicken. Bake until cooked through and crispy. About 6 more minutes.
