Ingredients

    8 center cut pork chops

    2 cups flour

    2 eggs

    2 tablespoons water or milk

    2 cups panko bread crumbs

    3 tsp seasoning salt, divided

Directions

Preheat oven at 400F.

Mix flour and 1 tsp seasoning salt & put into a shallow bowl or pie plate.

Mix eggs, milk or water, and 1 tsp seasoning salt and put into a second bowl or pie plate.

Mix panko bread crumbs and 1 tsp seasoning salt and put into a third bowl or pie plate.

Dredge pork chops in flour and shake off excess. Dip in egg mixture then coat completely with panko bread crumbs.

Place on cookie sheet heavily sprayed with non-stick spray. Bake at 400F for 25 min or until cooked to 160 degrees and breadcrumb coating is nice and crispy.

Let rest for 5 min before serving.
