    *1.5c oat flour
    *4 scoops Tera's Whey protein
    *2T sucanat (plus stevia)
    *2T ground flax
    *1T chia seeds
    *1t b.powder
    *3/4t b.soda
    *1tsp vanilla
    *cinnamon (or p.pie spice)
    *salt
    *1/2c applesauce (unsweetened)
    *2 egg whites
    *70g raisins (~1/3c)
    *1/2c soymilk
    *1/4c greek yogurt
    *1.5c grated carrots
    Mix and bake!

Directions

bake at 375F for 18-20 minutes
