3 Tbsp. Kraft Minute Tapioca
1/3 Cup Splenda
2 3/4 Cup Fat-Free Milk
2 egg whites
1 tsp. Vanilla
Tips
Watch to make sure mixture doesn't boil over in microwave. Remove once a full boil is reached.
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a microwavable bowl. Microwave on high for 10-12 minutes (or until mixture comes to a full boil), stirring every 3 minutes. Remove from microwave and allow to cool for 20 minutes. Will thicken while cooling.
