Ingredients

    1/2 cup oats (I grind mine down prior)
    1 tsp baking powder
    dash of salt
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp stevia (worked to about 3 full drops)
    2 tbsp melted peanut butter
    1/2 cup vanilla almond milk
    1 ripe banana
    6 egg whites
    1 scoop ON protein
    2 tbsp Hershey's Chipits


Tips

Share the deliciousness... Do not eat all 12 pancakes in a sitting :)


Directions

Blend everything together except for the chocolate chips (I use the large Magic Bullet cup) for about 30 seconds. Pour batter into heated skillet. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.

Serving Size: Makes about 12 medium sized pancakes.
