    2/3 cups dry bread crumbs
    1/2 t paprika
    1/2 t onion powder
    1/2 t salt
    1 Large Egg (or 1 medium and 1 egg white)
    8 skinless drumsticks
    1/4 cup non-fat yougurt
    2 T Dijon mustard
    2 T honey
    pepper to taste.


Mix bread crumbs and spices in shallow dish. In small shallow dish add egg beaten.
Remove skin from chicken legs and dip in egg mixture then into crumb mixture.
Place on baking dish that has been sprayed with baking spray.
Bake at 350 for 30 to 45 min.

Serving Size: makes 4 servings of 2 each
