Ingredients

    9 oz. linguini noodles
    4 minced garlic cloves
    2 T. extra virgin olive oil
    2 -6.5 oz. cans minced clams
    8 oz. bottle clam juice
    28 oz. can stewed tomatos
    2 T. tomato paste
    3 T. chopped basil
    Dash of red pepper flakes

Directions

Cook linguini in salted boiling water until barely tender--about 5 minutes. Drain.

In a large sauce pan, sautee garlic in olive oil over medium heat for 1 minute. do not allow it to brown. Add the rest of the ingredients to garlic, and cook until thoroughly warm--about 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Toss with pasta and serve.
