I used 3 bananas(really ripe)
about 4 tbsp of nutella (but you can use any nut butter you prefer i.e. peanut butter, almond butter, soynut butter, sunflower butter)
I used about 2 oz of coconut flakes for this recipe but you can use any dry fruit you like i.e. raisens, craisens, dried cherries, dried mango... the list goes on.

Directions
Pre heat oven to 350
For this recipe you dont need a mesuring cup if you dont want. You start by mashing up as many bananas as you like. Make sure they are ripe. I used 3.
Then you mix the nut butter of your choice( i used nutella) about half the amount that there is banana. so I used 4 tbsp of nutella for this recipe.
Then you add you dried fruit of choice ( i used coconut) use as much or as little as you like. I used about 2 oz.
Mix it up until evenly distrubited.
You can add chocolate chips if you like but it is not calculated.
Then add the oatmeal a handful at a time. Mix until moist for each handful you put in. You can add more or less then 4 cups to get the consensty is right. You want it to look like oatmeal cookie dough. It should be formable into rounds or you can put them into muffin tins.
Once you get the right consensty you can use an ice cream scoop for perfect rounds, or use a spoon. Put them on greesed cookie sheet or into muffin tins. Your choice.
Cook at 350 for about 15 min for smaller ones, or 20 min for larger ones, or 25 min if they are in a muffin tin.
This recipe is sugar free, gluten free, diery free, egg free. Only 4 ingreadents!
Serving Size: Makes 12 large or 24 smaller cookie rounds
