Ingredients

    1 package beef stew meat (about 1.5 lb)
    1 can corn
    2 cans kidney beans (we've also made it with black beans)
    1 cup water
    1 beef boullion cube
    dehydrated garlic and onions (fresh if you have them)
    4 shakes lawrys seasoning salt
    pepper to taste

Directions

throw it all in the crockpot. 3-4 hours on high, or all day on low. stir before serving.
