    3 cups diced cooked chicken
    2 cups broccoli==cut up
    2 cups cauliflower cut up
    one can of Chinese chow mein veges
    onion diced

    1/4 cup Brags amino soy substitute
    1/8 cup of brown rice flour, or any flour
    all spice
    cumin to taste

    brown rice cooked seperately


stir fry the broccoli & cauliflower & onion in wok or deep skillet in olive oil---when almost tender add can of the oriental veges and sauce that you mixed up

simmer for 10-15 minutes
make brown rice separately when meal is simmering

serve by placing rice on plates, add meal over top
--add dry noodles and a bit of soy sauce or soy sauce replacement to top it off

Serving Size: makes 4-5 servings
