Ingredients

3 Roma Tomatoes, quartered
3 Jalapeno Peppers, quartered
2 Serrano Peppers, quartered
1 small to medium Onion, quartered
2 Tbsp dried Cilantro (or fresh if available)
1/2 lime, juiced
2 tsp white vinegar
2 large cloves garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp Diamond Crystal Kosher Salt
1 can Cento Tomato Paste 6oz
2 (28 ounce) cans Hunt's No Salt Added Whole Peeled Plum Tomatoes
Tips
Makes about 700 grams or 22 servings of 2 Tbsp, or 32g. That's what I based the Nutritional Information on.
Directions
Place one can of the plum tomatoes (excluding juice) and the tomato paste, in food processor and puree.
Place remaining ingredients, except the liquid from the second can of Plum Tomatoes, into food processor and pulse until desired chunkiness (is that a word?)
Chill for a couple of hours before serving.
