Ingredients

    1 extra large fresh egg,
    2 Tbsp. light coffee cream (5%)
    2 Tbsp. mild salsa
    .25 Cup Kraft Cheez-Whiz light
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1 Tbsp. dried onion flakes
    Half slice of peameal (Canadian) bacon

Tips

Careful not to leave on burner as bottom with darken.


Directions

Wisk egg with light (5%) cream, adding garlic powder and onion flakes for taste. Pour into low heated sauce pan. Swish mixture until sets. Add half slice to peameal lightly cooked and then slivered onto one side, top with green onion and salsa. Flip one half onto the other to finish cooking with burner turned off. Melt cheeze-whiz light with half&half cream and Thai seasoning and pour over top.
