Ingredients

    8 oz water
    2 cup spinach
    1/2 lemon
    3 baby carrots
    4 grape tomatoes
    2 stalks celery
    3 frozen strawberries
    1/3 frozen banana
    1/2 tbs maple syrup
    1 small piece ginger root
    1/4 cup Kirkland nonfat Greek yogurt
    dash of cinnamon
    dash cayenne pepper

Tips

If it's too thick add more water or if too thin add ice.
Cayenne does make it a bit spicy so this can be omitted.
All ingredients are interchangeable with any favorite fruit, vegetable or leafy green.


Directions

put all ingredients into blender a blend until smooth.
