Introduction

Great on grilled Mahi Mahi! Great on grilled Mahi Mahi!
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    1.5 C Fresh Pineapple in small chunks
    1 C fresh pineapple juice
    1/4 C diced red pepper (mix in some pablano pepper for a little heat
    2 tsp brown sugar
    1 T apple cider vinegar
    salt to taste


Tips

Jalepenos can be used too if you like more heat.


Directions

Cook pineapple and peppers in juice on high to reduce a little. Add brown sugar and vinegar and simmer for another 10 minutes uncovered to make a thicker sauce.
