Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    6 cups classico tomato and basil spaghetti sauce
    4 c non-fat cottage cheese
    2 c low fat shredded mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c grated parmesan cheese
    1/4 c eggbeaters
    1 T. olive oil
    1 cup shredded carrots
    2 large baby zucchini, diced
    1 cup broccoli slaw
    9 oz spinach, fresh
    16 pieces (1lb) Healthy Harvest Lasagna
    2 cloves Garlic

Directions

Cook noodles

steam spinach, press water out

brown meat, drain

saute vegetables and garlic add cooked meat and sauce, simmer for 5 minutes.

Assemble lasagne and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes, uncover and bake another 5-10 min.

Let stand 10 minutes before cutting.

Serves 16.
