Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup frozen Strawberries
    1 cup frozen Raspberries
    2 tbsp Soy Protein
    2 tbsp Flax Seed (Milled)
    1 tbsp Chia Seed
    1 large banana
    6 oz Almond Milk
    8 oz Coconut Water
    8 oz Diet 7up

Tips

Add ice to make shake sorbet consistency.


Directions

Mix/crush all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Stir occasionally.
