Ingredients

3/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/4 cup White Wine Vinegar
1/2 tsp dried herbs of choice (I used Herbs de Provence)
2 garlic cloves minced
1 TB honey
Tips
The honey is an emulsifier that keeps the vinegar and oil from separating. When blended honey turns creamy. You can shake everything together but you won't have the same texture as blending.
Directions
Add all ingredients to a blender/magic bullet etc. Blend until mixture is smooth and creamy.
