Ingredients

    1.5 cups of chopped romaine lettuce
    1 oz crumbled blue cheese
    1.5 tbsp dried cranberries
    1 tbsp Kraft poppy seed salad dressing
    1/4 can mandarin oranges (drained)
    7 walnuts halves coarsely chopped

Tips

To make larger quantities, make in a flat salad bowl and zig zag salad dressing across top. I always get compliments on this salad.

Optional - blueberries or strawberries in place of mandarin oranges or add to.


Directions

Place salad in a wider salad bowl, place romaine lettuce on the bottom, then sprinkle on blue cheese, cranberries, add chopped walnuts and orange segments, then zig zag salad dressing across top. Because of the moisture in the orange segment a little salad dressing goes a long way.
