Ingredients

    1/2 Small cabbage, shedded
    1 carrot, shredded
    1 apple. shredded
    1/4 cup onion, finely chopped
    1/8 cup pumpkin seeds
    1/4 cup dried cranberries

    Dressing
    1/3 c Hellman's Light Mayonnaise
    1 tbsp skim milk
    1 tbsp lemon juice
    salt & pepper to taste
    1/8 tsp each celery salt, garlic powder & paprika

Tips

Can substitute pumpkin seeds with sunflower seeds. Cranberries could also be substituted with raisins or dried blueberries


Directions

Combine vegetables in a bowl. Mix all dressing ingredients in a bowl & whisk until smooth. Add the dressing to vegetables and mix well. Cover and refrigerate for about 1 hour.
