Ingredients

    2 pounds extra lean ground turkey
    3 tbsp Thai Kitchen Red Curry Paste
    12 cloves garlic, peeled and minced
    1/4 C Kikkoman Panko crumbs
    1 tbsp fresh ginger root, peeled and minced
    1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
    1 tbsp Frank's Original Redhot Sauce
    1 tbsp Lea & Perrins Worcestershire
    1 tbsp tapioca starch
    1 tbsp basil

Tips

Tapioca starch can be replaced with egg, if preferred. Dried basil can (should) be replaced with fresh if you have it on hand. Tweak spices to match your preferences.


Directions

Mix together all ingredients in bowl. Form into 8 patties. BBQ until cooked through. Serve hot (also tasty cold)
