Ingredients

    5 tablespoons Chia Seeds soaked in 1 cup of water
    125 grams of butter
    5 eggs
    175 grams almonds
    150 grams Vitarium Drinking chocolate
    1 teaspoon GF baking powder

Tips

Serve with fresh berries of any type when warm.

Can add raspberries to mixture - makes a healthy snack for kids.


Directions

Preheat oven to 180 degrees
soak and stir the chia seeds for 5 minutes should look like a gel
grind almonds SPEED 9 for 20 seconds
add all ingredients and mix on SPEED 5 for 1 minute
bake for 30-35 minutes.
