Ingredients

1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1 Tube Gimme Lean Sausage Style
1 Spaghetti Squash
1 Green Pepper Chopped
1 Onion Chopped
1 Jar Newmans Own Marinara Sauce (or less than a Jar)
Directions
Pierce and Cook Spaghetti Squash in Microwave until completely cooked (10-15 minutes).
Heat Olive Oil in a pan over medium high heat. Sautee Pepper and Onion until Onions are translucent (and cooked through). Crumble Sausage Style Soy into the Pan and cook until heated through. Turn stove down to low and add Tomato Sauce. Cook until Hot.
Remove Cooked Spaghetti Squash from the Microwave, Scoop out Seeds and scrape "spaghetti" into the Sausage. Mix into the Sauce. Serve with Parmesan Cheese (not included in nutritional information)
