Ingredients

    1 Medium Apple (any variety)
    1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
    1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    3 tsp Splenda
    1/4 tsp imitation vanilla extract
1 Tbl Sugar Free Maple Syrup (or honey, or agave)
Topping options: oatmeal, granola, whipped cream, raisins, nuts, cranberries, etc.

Directions

Preheat oven to 375.

Core and slice apple. Place slices on a glass baking dish or pie pan. Sprinkle half of cinnamon and splenda over the slices, then drizzle with maple syrup. Bake 5 minutes at a time, usually takes 15 minutes, checking with fork for desired softness.

While the apples are baking stir the rest of the cinnamon and splenda into the greek yogurt, then add the vanilla. Stir.

Once apples are finished cut into smaller pieces or just stir in the slices and enjoy!
