Ingredients

    Spirulina, 1 tsp
    Maca Powder, 1 tsp
    Bee pollen, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 dash
    Raw Cacao powder, 1 tbsp
    Vanilla Stevia Extract (a few drops or to taste)
    Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1 cup
    2% Plain Greek Yogurt, 1/2 cup
    Chia Seeds, 1 tbsp
    Hulled hemp seeds, 2 tbsp
    Baby Spinach (raw), 1 cup
    Baby Kale, raw, 1 cup
    Carrot, 1 medium
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup
    A few ice cubes

Tips

Add more nuts or different types of nuts if desired (i.e. almonds, peanuts, hazelnuts). Adjust liquid according to your preferred viscosity.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender on high speed. Turn off blender and scrape sides to incorporate ingredients before resuming blending, if needed.
