Ingredients

    left over chicken, chopped
    1 cup carrots, chopped
    1 white onion, diced
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 tsp garlic, minced
    4 cups chicken broth
    4 oz pastina, precooked and cooled completely (to reduce 'puffing' when added to soup)

Directions

spray crock pot with oil
place all items (except pastina) into crock pot
cook on low 6 hours (high 3 hours)
if your pastina isn't cooked - cook it now and place in freezer to cool quickly
add pastina, stir, cook another 1 hour
