Introduction

Fats are important in our diets, you need to consume fat to burn fat. But it should be healthier fats. So I made this to get the needed fat for both a more balanced addition to your bread (I use either 1 slice of toasted Ezekiel 4:9, or a 100-calorie-sandwhich round), and for the lovely smooth and satisfying mouth-feel of traditional egg salad without adding more cholesterol.     2 hard boiled eggs
    1/4 avocado
    1 pkt True Lemon
    pink sea salt and fresh ground black pepper to taste

    serve with lettuce on bread of your choice
