Ingredients

    chicken breast grilled, no skin, cubed 1/2 cup or less
    *Sweet Baby Ray's Raspberry Chipotle Barbecue Sauce, 1 tbsp
    Tomato, grape 3 or 4
    Spinach, fresh, a few leaves
    *Bread- Fold-it Flat Out -5 grain flax- 1 flatbread,
    Onions, raw, 1 slice, thin
    *Wholly Guacamole - Spicy, 100 calorie snack pack, .5 serving

Tips

You can add cheese if you like.
Replace spicy with regular guacamole if your not into "HOT"


Directions

Mix the chicken with the BBQ sauce. Heat a 30 sec in microwave. I like to warm my flat out in the toaster oven a few minutes. Cut up onion and tomatoes. Squeeze guacamole on flat bread put onion and tomato in guacamole. (this keeps them from falling off) put on the chicken and spinach. Enjoy!
