    4 tbsp grated coconut
    4 tbsp roasted chana dal
    3 green chillies, chopped
    1 tsp chopped ginger
    3 tbsp chopped coriander
    7-8 curry leaves
    1 tbsp fresh curds
    salt to taste
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp urad dal 3-4 curry leaves
    1 small dry kashmiri chili 1/4 tsp asafoetida
    idli:-
    2 1/2 cups semolina
    1/4 cup grated carrots
    1/4 cup sweetcorn
    1/4 cup chopped french beans
    4 cups butter milk
    3 tbsp oil, salt to taste
    1 tsp urad dal, 1 tsp chana dal
    1 tsp mustard seeds, 1/2 tsp green chili paste
    4-6 curry leaves
    1/4 tsp oil for greasing.
