Ingredients

    12 oz Ground Turkey
    1 sm Onion (chopped)
    1 pkg Taco Seasoning
    1 c Frozen Corn
    1 c Chunky Salsa
    1/4 c Water
    1/4 c Shredded Montery Jack Cheese

Tips

Serve over cooked pasta of choice, spaghetti squash, quinoa, rice or potato


Directions

1. Brown ground turkey with onion
2. Drain as needed
3. Add corn, seasoning, salsa and water
4. Stir well
5. Cover and cook for 10 minutes
6. Remove from heat and sprinkle with shredded cheese
