Introduction

This has just a tint of apple cider taste, and incorporates healthy apple concentrate (with skin, seeds, etc) with healthy apple cider vinegar. I usually sprinkle some apple pie spice on top of my mug. Ingredients

    1 Tbsp Apple Concentrate (Bernard Jensen's)
    1 Tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
    4 cups water

    Sprinkle of Apple Pie Spice (cinnamon & nutmeg) if desired

mix together & drink hot or cold.
