Ingredients

    1 refrigerated pie crust
    4 oz Smithfield Anytime Ham Steak -- diced
    Spinach, frozen, 204 grams
    1 medium tomato
    3 slices Sargento ultra thin Swiss cheese -- diced
    1 oz Mozzarella Cheese, whole milk -- shredded
    6 T All Whites Liquid Egg White
    8 oz Milk, 2%
    Salt and pepper, to taste
    Dry or fresh herbs, to taste.

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees, place crust in pie dish. Combine ham, cheese, and vegetables in prepared crust. Whisk together eggs, egg whites, milk, salt and pepper, and any desired herbs. Pour over other ingredients in crust. Bake for approx. 60 minutes.
