Introduction

Ingredients

    1 cup multigrain flour
    1 cup all purpose flour
    3 tbsp canola oil
    1/2 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup water(use less if needed)

Tips

I've found using cooking spray isn't necessary.
-You may want to use an old oven mitt (or one you don't care about) to flip the tortilla as it can get hot.
-It's ABSOLUTELY crucial to cook ONLY one minute on -each side. They may not "look" done, but they are. If you cook to long you are basically making a quesadilla without queso and they will be hard/crunchy not bendy.
-your tortillas may not be round at first, but don't worry they should still be delicious, and remember "Practice makes Perfect!"

Directions

In large bowl, combine flour and salt. Stir in water and oil.
-Turn on to floured surface. Knead 10-12 times. Adding water or flour as needed to obtain smooth dough. It shouldn't stick to your hands after kneading. Let it rest for 10 minutes
-Divide dough into 8 portions.
- On a floured surface roll out each portion into a 7" circle
-In a large nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray, cook tortillas over medium heat for 1 minute on each side or until lightly browned. Keep warm.
