Ingredients

    Bob's Red Mill TVP, 1 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Sweet peppers (bell), 1 cup, chopped
    Garlic, 4 cloves, pressed or minced
    Bush's Chili Beans - Mild Sauce, 111 g can (B I G can)
    Red Gold Original Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, 10 oz
    Original Texas Brand Chili Mix, 4 oz, 1 box

Tips

To remove 1320 mg Sodium, do not include salt packet in Chili mix.


Directions

Mix all ingredients into crock pot, turn on to low, let cook for 6-8 hours. Or, cook on High for 3-4 hours.

Top with raw onion, pepper (bell & / or jalapeno), light sour cream, reduced fat shredded cheese. Pour over rice or Frito's. (Not included in calculations.)

Serving Size: Makes ~26, 1/2 heaping cup servings.
