Ingredients

    2 C Steel-cut oats
    6C Water
    2C Diced apples
    1/2 C Raisons
    1/4 C packed brown sugar
    1 Tbsp of Mapleine flavoring
    1/2 tsp of salt


Tips

Add 1/2 C of Darigold creamy fat-free milk for another 50 calories and 5 more grams of protein, and you'll really have a power packed breakfast that is less than 270 calories.


Directions

Put all ingredients in a slow cooker and stir well.
Cook over-night (8 hours) on Low heat.
And enjoy a great tasting hot breakfast.
